Greenville Symphony Orchestra: Genius Against Tyrant

Edvard Tchivzhel leads the Greenville Symphony Orchestra in a concert titled Genius Against Tyrant, featuring Rachmaninoff’s uplifting Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini and the Symphony No. 10 in e-minor by Shostakovich. We also have highlights from a chamber concert that features the music of North Carolina-based composer Bill Robinson. We'll hear his Chamber Concerto scored for piano quintet, plus two selections from his Robinsongs. Classical favorites and new-to-you chamber works on this edition of Carolina Live.
